From selection to your first bottle – worry-free
The EuroCave portfolio offers dozens of models and configurations. To save you time and effort, we guide you through the entire process: we recommend the right model, ensure production in France, deliver to you, and commission everything. Below you’ll find the simple steps of how it works.
How delivery works
Selecting your wine cabinet
Given the number of models and possible configurations, it’s easy to get lost. We’re happy to advise you — based on bottle count, purpose (aging / serving), space, design and noise level, we’ll recommend the right model.

Production in France
Once the deposit invoice is paid, we place your wine cabinet into production at our factory in France. The standard lead time is 3–4 weeks, depending on model and configuration.

Delivery & commissioning
We arrange delivery by a truck with liftgate directly to the specified address. The driver unloads the unit at your location. For an additional fee, you can order a moving service and full commissioning.
Commissioning includes:
- unpacking and post-transport inspection
- removal of transit locks and shelf assembly
- installation of the carbon filter
- setting the temperature and the filter-replacement alert
- handle installation and start-up guidance
After handover, we register your wine cabinet and once a year remind you to replace the carbon filter.

Care & reminders
Device registration and an annual reminder to replace the filter. Service available in CZ/SK if needed.
Safe logistics
Specialised transport with liftgate, optional moving upstairs, and full on-site commissioning.
Clear timelines
Production usually 3–4 weeks, delivery depending on installation location. Everything communicated in advance.
