There’s a wine cabinet for every wine lover.
The Pure collection is designed as multi-purpose, so you can choose the model that suits you and adapts to your wine storage and serving needs.
For ageing.
Pure single-temperature model.
The Pure system, adjustable between 5–20 °C, allows bottles to be stored at a controlled temperature. Humidity is maintained at approx. 60–70%, and your wines are protected from vibrations, UV light, and poor air quality that could negatively affect the ageing process.
Available in sizes S, M and L

Prepare your wine for serving.
Pure two-temperature model.
The Pure cabinet is divided into two independent compartments, each dedicated to a wine type, ensuring correct serving temperatures: red wines 15–20 °C, white wines and Champagne 5–11 °C.
Available in size L
Holds up to 110 reds and 60 whites. Ideal for professionals!

Bring wine to the ideal serving temperature.
Pure multi-temperature model.
Offers up to 10 temperature zones (graduated between 5–20 °C), allowing you to store several wine styles (rosé, white, red) in a single cabinet, each close to its ideal serving temperature.
Available in sizes S, M and L

*The temperature in this compartment depends on the middle zone. The difference between the two is approx. 4–6 °C / 8–11 °F.

Our wooden-front shelves are either fixed (to store and organise the maximum number of bottles) or sliding (to make it easy to access individual bottles). The front edge of each shelf is reserved for bottle identification*.
The interior can be adapted and expanded over time thanks to a wide range of fittings.

Because choice is a luxury.
For all cabinets in the Pure collection, you can choose the size and door finish. Thanks to a high level of customisation, Pure also lets you select and position shelves inside the cabinet to suit your requirements.
Safety & performance
Peace of mind.
A live display of temperature and humidity inside the cabinet, together with 5 visual alarms, alerts you if anything is out of order.
Additional information.
Our “freestanding” cabinets can also be built in flush with cabinetry, but certain rules must be respected — especially around air circulation and electrical installation. We recommend contacting our store and wine experts for further details.

A cabinet with up to 10 sliding shelves offers very easy access and convenience.
3-year warranty.
The Pure range ensures that all your wines mature under optimal conditions at 12–13 °C. Alternatively, you can use the cabinet as a serving-temperature unit for a single wine style between 6 °C and 19 °C. A visually striking option pairs a frameless clear-glass door with five classic sliding shelves.
Pure cabinets replicate natural cellar conditions by meeting the five key criteria for wine ageing: stable temperature, proper humidity level, constant ventilation, UV filtration, and protection from vibration.
Thanks to high-grade insulation and R600a refrigerant, energy use is up to 55% lower than cabinets using R134a refrigerant, and the compressor runs less often with low noise.
