There is a wine cabinet for every wine lover.
The Pure collection is specially designed to be multi-purpose, so you can choose the model that suits you and adapts to your storage and serving needs.
Mature.
Pure single-temperature model.
The Pure system, adjustable between 5–20 °C, allows bottles to be stored at a controlled temperature. Humidity is maintained at around 60–70%, and your wines are protected from vibrations, UV light, and poor air quality that could negatively affect the ageing process.

Pure dual-temperature model.
The Pure cabinet is divided into two separate compartments, each dedicated to its own type of wine, ensuring the correct temperature for red wines between 15–20 °C and for white wines and Champagne between 5–11 °C.

*The temperature in this compartment is controlled by the central zone. The difference between the two zones is approximately 4–6 °C / 8–11 °F.

The interior layout of the wine cabinet is up to you.
Access to the cabinet contents is secured by a double-action lock.
Our wooden-front shelves are sturdy to store and organise the maximum number of bottles, or sliding for easier access to individual bottles. The front area of the shelf is reserved for wine identification tags*.
The interior can be adapted and expanded over time thanks to a wide range of fittings.
*Aluminium identification tags, sold as optional accessories.

For all wine cabinets in the Pure collection, you can choose the size and door finish. Thanks to the high degree of customisation, Pure also allows you to choose and position the shelves inside the cabinet according to your needs.

The display of current temperature and humidity inside the wine cabinet, together with 5 visual alarms, will alert you if something is wrong.

Our “freestanding” wine cabinets can also be built-in, but certain rules must be observed, particularly regarding air circulation and electrical installation. We recommend contacting the store and our wine experts for further details.

The Pure range ensures all your wines age under optimal conditions at 12–13 °C. Alternatively, you can use the cabinet at serving temperature for a single type of wine between 6–19 °C. Visually, a beautiful option is the frameless clear-glass door with 5 classic sliding shelves.
Pure cabinets replicate the precise conditions of a natural cellar by meeting five essential criteria for wine ageing: constant temperature, suitable humidity level, continuous ventilation, UV protection/filtration, and protection from vibrations.
Thanks to high insulation and the R600a refrigerant, it consumes 55% less energy than cabinets using R134a refrigerant and runs less frequently with low noise.
