Claims Policy

This claims policy sets out the conditions and procedure for exercising rights arising from defective performance (claims) for goods purchased through the e-shop www.eurocave.cz.

2. Warranty Period

The statutory warranty period for consumers is 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods. If a different (longer) warranty period is specified for a particular product, the longer period applies.

For business customers, the warranty period may be agreed individually.

3. Submitting a Claim

A claim may be submitted in the following ways:

• by e-mail to info@eurocave.cz,
• by sending the goods to the company’s registered office (by prior arrangement),
• in person, by prior appointment.

We recommend enclosing a copy of the proof of purchase and a description of the defect with the goods. The goods should be properly cleaned, packaged, and protected against damage during transport.

4. Time Limit for Handling Claims

The claim will be settled within 30 calendar days from the date of submission, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The customer will be informed of the outcome of the claim by e-mail or telephone.

5. Costs of Claim Submission

In the case of an acknowledged claim, the consumer is entitled to reimbursement of reasonably incurred costs associated with its submission. These costs must be duly documented.

6. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the consumer has the right to contact the body for alternative consumer dispute resolution:

7. Final Provisions
