There’s a wine cabinet for every wine lover.
The Pure collection is designed to be multi-purpose so you can choose the model that suits you and adapts to your storage and serving needs.
Age wines.
Pure single-temperature model.
The Pure system, adjustable between 5–20 °C, stores bottles at a controlled temperature. Humidity is maintained at approximately 60–70%, and your wines are protected from vibration, UV light and poor air quality that could adversely affect the ageing process.

Bring wine to serving temperature.
Pure two-temperature model.
The Pure cabinet is divided into two independent compartments, each dedicated to a wine type, ensuring the correct temperature for red wines between 15–20 °C and for white wines & champagne between 5–11 °C.

Holds up to 110 reds and up to 60 whites. Ideal for professionals!

Pure multi-temperature model.
Offers up to 10 temperature zones (graduated from 5–20 °C) so you can store several wine colours (rosé, white, red) in one cabinet at temperatures close to their ideal serving range.

*The temperature here is governed by the middle zone. The difference between the two zones is approx. 4 to 6 °C / 8 to 11 °F.

The interior layout is up to you.
Access to the cabinet contents is secured by a dual-action lock.
Our wood-front shelves are fixed to store and organise the maximum number of bottles, or sliding for easy access to individual bottles. The front strip of each shelf is reserved for bottle identification*.
The interior can be adapted over time thanks to a wide choice of fittings.
*Aluminium ID tags sold as optional accessories.

For every cabinet in the Pure range you can choose the size and door finish. Thanks to its high degree of customisation, Pure also lets you choose and position shelves inside the cabinet to your needs.

The cabinet with up to 10 sliding shelves offers very easy access and convenience.

Serving cabinets are tiered multi-temperature units from 6 to 21 °C (up to 10 temperature zones) to keep different wine styles (red, white, rosé) at serving temperature.
You can also set the cabinet to a serving temperature for one wine style, from 6 °C to 19 °C. A visually stunning option is the frameless clear-glass door with 10 classic sliding shelves.
Pure cabinets replicate natural cellar conditions by meeting the 5 essentials for wine ageing: constant temperature, appropriate humidity, continuous ventilation, UV filtration and protection from vibration.
Thanks to high-grade insulation and R600a refrigerant, it consumes up to 55% less energy than units using R134a and runs less often with low noise levels.
